Q: What products qualify for discounted online pricing?

A: All online products that appear in the “Order Now” section of Graphdim.com

You must enroll in this program to receive the discount

This currently includes:

  • Compatible DW Envelopes
  • Stock Imprinted Deposit Books and tickets

Q: What do customers need to do to qualify and maintain the discounted pricing?

A: To qualify and maintain discounted pricing customers must:

  • Remain current according to our 30 day payment terms
  • Accept emailed electronic invoicing (discounted online products only).
  • Agree to receive electronic proofs in lieu of physical product samples (discounted online products only).

Q: If I repeat an order online does it qualify for discounted pricing

A: Yes it does qualify for discounted pricing if you previously proofed and ordered the product online. If you repeat an order that was initially submitted to the plant traditionally (email, mail, fax etc.) and not proofed /ordered online previously it will not qualify.

Q: Why is Graphic Dimensions offering discounted pricing on online products?

A: We constantly look to find ways to reduce our pricing to our customers. When customers proof and order online, these orders are streamlined into our order management system and we have saving in the amount of time needed to process, design and print the order. We also save on postage and mailing material when we don’t need to mail invoices and samples on these orders. The cost on collecting on these orders is also less when customers pay within terms. We pass 100% of these savings on to customers who agree to enter orders in this method. For a customer who doesn't agree to these terms then we must charge our standard (competitive) list pricing.

Q: What if I previously placed an order traditionally (mail, fax, email or by phone) for any of the products in the “Order Now” section of the website. Will those orders receive the discount when I reorder online?

A: No. If the initial order was not proofed and ordered online it will not receive the discount. It will repeat and use the standard price. For those previous orders to receive the discounted pricing you must re-enter the order online. In many cases for orders that repeat often over time it will be worth it to re-enter the order online.

Q: Why does my price go back to standard list pricing when my account goes over 30 days aging?

A: It costs us more to finance and collect accounts that are over our 30 day terms. Our online processing system automatically changes discounted pricing to standard pricing when an account goes over 30 days aging.

Please contact our credit department if you feel that this is in error.

Q: Will my standard orders sent to GDI facility’s still receive mailed invoices and samples?

A: Yes. Electronic samples and invoices will only be sent on discounted orders.

MICR Help

Routing Number

This number indicates the bank your deposit ticket will route to and can be found to the left most area of your deposit MICR number.

Account Number

Your account number is the right most MICR number that appears on your deposit ticket. It is important that you enter any spaces or dashes that appear in your account number sequence.

Please reference the letter code below that you will need to type for any non-number within your MICR. The letters will need to be capitalized to populate on the deposit ticket correctly.

  • Amount = B
  • Transit = A
